Cancellation/Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for cancellations with respect to the services provided by the Platform owned and operated by KWPS Technologies Private Limited ("Company" or "Us" or "We"). This policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and other relevant policies and agreements of the Company.

1. General Terms -

  • No Refunds for Certain Services:The Company does not offer refunds for any fees paid for the services related to creating, testing, and deploying trading strategies on the Platform. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • Service Interruption and Availability:As detailed in the Terms of Use, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform's services. Temporary suspension or unavailability of services due to maintenance, system failures, or other reasons beyond the Company's control does not entitle the user to a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility -

  • Technical Issues:If a user experiences significant and continuous technical issues directly attributable to the Platform's infrastructure (excluding third-party services or the user's own internet connectivity and hardware issues) that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund or credit towards future services.
  • Incorrect Charges:In the event of an incorrect charge or billing error, the user must notify the Company within 30 days of the transaction. If the claim is validated, the Company will correct the error and issue a refund or credit as appropriate.

3. Cancellation Policy -

  • Account Termination by User:Users may request the termination of their account at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service term. Upon termination, the user will continue to have access to their account until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account will be deactivated.
  • Multiple Accounts:As stated in the Terms of Use, users are allowed to have only one active account on the Platform. If the Company identifies that a user has created multiple accounts, it reserves the right to terminate such accounts without issuing a refund for any fees paid.

4. Process for Refunds and Cancellations -

  • Request Submission:Users must submit a refund or cancellation request via the official support channel of the Platform. The request should include the user’s account details, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
  • Review and Decision:The Company will review the request and may contact the user for additional information if necessary. The decision to approve or deny a refund or cancellation request lies solely with the Company and will be communicated to the user within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refund Processing:If a refund is approved, the Company will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. The actual receipt of the refund may take longer depending on the user’s bank or payment provider.

5. Special Conditions -

  • Force Majeure:As outlined in the Terms of Use, the Company is not liable for delays or defaults in providing services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages. Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by such events.
  • Use of the Internet:Users acknowledge that the use of the Platform involves risks related to internet connectivity and third-party services. The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from these risks, and such issues do not qualify for refunds.

6. Amendments to the Policy -

  • Policy Amendments:The Company reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the notification will constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
